Pain aux bananes protéines et chocolat
Ingredients
- 3 bananes moyennes mûres
- 45 ml Sirop d'érable
- 2 mesure protein de collagene
- 5 ml extrait de vanille
- 3/4 tasse lait d'amande non sucré ordinaire ou à la vanille
- 2 tasse farine d'amande
- 2 ml sel de mer
- 5 ml poudre à pâte
- 2 ml bicarbonate de soude
- 1/2 tasse pépites de chocolat non sucré
- 1/4 tasse huile d'olive légére ou beurre
Instructions
- Préchauffer le four à 350 degrés F.
- À l'aide d'une petite quantité d'huile de noix de coco et d'un essuie-tout, graisser légèrement un moule à pain de 9 po x 5 po afin d'empêcher le pain de coller.
- Épluchez et placez les bananes dans un bol et, à l'aide d'une fourchette, écrasez-les jusqu'à obtenir une consistance épaisse. Ajoutez le sirop d'érable, la poudre de protéine, l'extrait de vanille et le lait d'amande. Remuer pour combiner. Assurez-vous que la poudre de protéine est bien dissoute.
- Dans un bol plus grand, mélanger le reste des ingrédients secs jusqu'à ce que tout soit bien mélangé.
- Ajouter le mélange de banane humide aux ingrédients secs en mélangeant. Une fois bien mélangé, incorporer le chocolat.
- Transférer le mélange dans le moule à pain et cuire au four pendant 50 minutes. Vérifiez que le pain est bien cuit à l'aide d'un cure-dent ou d'un couteau au centre. Une texture plus gélatineuse est normale; Cependant, vous ne voulez pas une texture qui coule.
- Laisser le pain aux bananes refroidir avant de servir. Trancher et profiter!
