Ingredients
  

  • 4 banana
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
  • Deco
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa chips
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seed
  • 2 tbsp. chia seed
  • strawberry
  • banana

Instructions
 

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients in a high speed mixer.
  • Then cut fruits and bananas to decorate and add seeds and chocolate chips
  • Healthy lunch

  • This dish is especially for athletes because its glycemic index is very high, or for children who need to fill up with nutrients.
  • The cocoa chips replace chocolate chips. Its nutrient content is far superior and much less sweet. My 8 year old son loves it and it’s a good sign.
