Gluten-free breakfast
Smoothie bowl healthy recipe. I like to eat in the morning, so this is a great way to eat a healthy, gluten-free breakfast.
Ingredients
- 4 banana
- 250 ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
- Deco
- 2 tbsp. cocoa chips
- 2 tbsp. hemp seed
- 2 tbsp. chia seed
- strawberry
- banana
Instructions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients in a high speed mixer.
- Then cut fruits and bananas to decorate and add seeds and chocolate chips

- This dish is especially for athletes because its glycemic index is very high, or for children who need to fill up with nutrients.
- The cocoa chips replace chocolate chips. Its nutrient content is far superior and much less sweet. My 8 year old son loves it and it’s a good sign.
- I use the Vitamix blender because the texture is really creamy.Vitamix
