- 4 banana
- 250 ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
- Deco
- 2 tbsp. cocoa chips
- 2 tbsp. hemp seed
- 2 tbsp. chia seed
- strawberry
- banana
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a high speed mixer.
Then cut fruits and bananas to decorate and add seeds and chocolate chips

Notes
This dish is especially for athletes because its glycemic index is very high, or for children who need to fill up with nutrients.
The cocoa chips replace chocolate chips. Its nutrient content is far superior and much less sweet. My 8 year old son loves it and it's a good sign.
