Easy banana protein pancakes

Yan can eat this recipe on a low carb diet or a gluten free diet. There is few good choices that we ca eat in the morning when your not eating carbs, so those pancakes are a good solution.

  • 250 ml almond milk or other vegetable milk
  • 30 gr. almond powder soup
  • 20 gr chickpea flour
  • 1 egg
  • 36 gr. protein powder whey or vegetable
  • 1 crushed banana
  • 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts pecans or pistachios

  • 250 ml almond milk or other vegetable milk
  • 30 gr. almond powder soup
  • 20 gr chickpea flour
  • 1 egg
  • 36 gr. protein powder whey or vegetable
  • 1 crushed banana
  • 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts, pecans or pistachios
  • Instructions
  • crush the bananas in a large bowl
  • add the rest of the ingredients, mix well
  • Put butter or coconut oil in a skillet, heat up and put down your pancake machine
  • Bake about 2 minutes on each side
