Easy banana protein pancakes
Yan can eat this recipe on a low carb diet or a gluten free diet. There is few good choices that we ca eat in the morning when your not eating carbs, so those pancakes are a good solution.

Ingredients
- 250 ml almond milk or other vegetable milk
- 30 gr. almond powder soup
- 20 gr chickpea flour
- 1 egg
- 36 gr. protein powder whey or vegetable
- 1 crushed banana
- 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts pecans or pistachios

- Instructions
- crush the bananas in a large bowl
- add the rest of the ingredients, mix well
- Put butter or coconut oil in a skillet, heat up and put down your pancake machine
- Bake about 2 minutes on each side
