250 ml almond milk or other vegetable milk
30 gr. almond powder soup
20 gr chickpea flour
1 egg
36 gr. protein powder whey or vegetable
1 crushed banana
1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts, pecans or pistachios
Instructions
crush the bananas in a large bowl
add the rest of the ingredients, mix well
Put butter or coconut oil in a skillet, heat up and put down your pancake machine
Bake about 2 minutes on each side
