

Chicken 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken thigh or thighs
- 2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. garam masala
- 1 C. chili powder
- 1 C. cumin
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tbsp. turmeric soup
- 1/2 teaspoons ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 2 green onions
Instructions
- Presto: Brown the chicken for a few minutes in olive oil, avocado or coconut oil.
- Add the spices. coconut milk and honey
- Start the presto and cook for 10 minutes only. Check that the chicken has a temperature of 165F
- Remove the chicken and set aside. If you want a thicker sauce add cornstarch added water, to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat
- Add chicken sauce with lime, mint, chopped green onions and / or basil to taste
- Slow Cooker: Add everything to the slow cooker. If it is thawed, cook for 4 hours over high heat or 6 hours over low heat. If it’s frozen, cook for 6 hours in height.
- Regular cooking: Do the same steps as the presto but cook gently 35-40 minutes on the heat. Check that the chicken reaches a temperature of 165F
