Avocado toast and dukkah with poached egg
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 lawyer
- 2 slices bread with a good crust
- 1 C. soup dukkah spices
- 1 chopped green onions
Instructions
- Crush the avocado with a fork and add salt and green onions
- Boil water and lower the heat to medium
- Add the eggs one by one with a spoon quietly in hot water
