Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lawyer
  • 2 slices bread with a good crust
  • 1 C. soup dukkah spices
  • 1 chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Crush the avocado with a fork and add salt and green onions
  • Boil water and lower the heat to medium
  • Add the eggs one by one with a spoon quietly in hot water
  • Cook the eggs for 3 minutes and remove with a spoonful. Place the eggs on a paper towel on a plate
  • Cook the bread in a toaster. Brush with olive oil and avocado puree with a little salt
  • Lay the eggs poached on the toast with your hands and add the dukkah. savor
