

Grilled almond quinoa salad with raisins
Ingredients
- 200 g quinoa
- 80 g almonds
- 1 orange zest
- 30 ml olive oil
- 30 g raisins
- 60 g fresh parsley
- 80 g chickpeas
- 2 green onions

Instructions
- Cook the quinoa in the water as directed by the bag and then keep cold (about 15minutes)
- Rinse the chickpeas and reserve
- Heat the almonds on a plate or in a pan for 3-4 minutes
- Cut sliced green onions
- Stir the carrots
- Mix quinoa, carrots, green onions, almonds, parsley, orange zest, oil, salt pepper
