- 200 g quinoa
- 80 g almonds
- 1 orange zest
- 30 ml olive oil
- 30 g raisins
- 60 g fresh parsley
- 80 g chickpeas
- 2 green onions

Cook the quinoa in the water as directed by the bag and then keep cold (about 15minutes)
Rinse the chickpeas and reserve
