
Almond orange cake
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 200 ml coconut sugar cane sugar
- 6 egg
- 15 ml baking powder
- 10 ml vanilla
- 375 ml ground almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 F
- Cook the oranges in boiling water over medium heat for 2 hours
- Cool the oranges a few minutes
- Put the ground almonds in the food processor, add vanilla, sugar, baking powder and oranges
- Add to the orange mixture the eggs one by one
- Prepare and butter a hinged mold or put a parchment paper in the bottom of a round pan
- Heat 50 minutes and let cool 30 minutes
