Macaroni the perfect keto dinner

Macaroni and cheese cauliflower dish wit fresh basil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 400 gr veal chopped chicken or beef
  • 500 ml Piedmontese favuzzi tomato sauce or other
  • 400 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion
  • fresh basilic
  • 3 c. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Cut the cauliflower into pieces (in bloom)
  • Fair return the onion in a little olive oil and add the meat
  • Cook for 5 minutes and add the tomato sauce. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
  • Put the cauliflower in a casserole with olive oil and salt
  • Cook cauliflower until golden brown about 15-20 minutes
  • Put the meat mixture on the cauliflower and add the grated cheese
  • Bake in BROIL about 5 minutes
