Macaroni the perfect keto dinner
Macaroni and cheese cauliflower dish wit fresh basil

- 1 cauliflower
- 400 gr veal chopped chicken or beef
- 500 ml Piedmontese favuzzi tomato sauce or other
- 400 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 1 onion
- fresh basilic
- 3 c. olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Cut the cauliflower into pieces (in bloom)
Fair return the onion in a little olive oil and add the meat
Cook for 5 minutes and add the tomato sauce. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
Put the cauliflower in a casserole with olive oil and salt
Cook cauliflower until golden brown about 15-20 minutes
Put the meat mixture on the cauliflower and add the grated cheese
Bake in BROIL about 5 minutes
