

Egg muffin
Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk or other milk
- 1 sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- cooked vegetables asparagus, mushrooms (asparagus, mushrooms) that you have on hand
- 2 slices bacon
Instructions
- Break the eggs in a bowl with the milk and mix.
- Place in oiled muffin pan: Mushrooms, asparagus or other vegetables, bacon, green onions and cheeses
- Bake at 350 F for about 12 to 15 minutes.
