

BBQ chicken drumstick
Ingredients
- 16 chicken drumstick
- 250 ml cholula hot sauce or other but not too thick
- Dry marinade
- 3 c. steak spices
- 2 tbsp. turmeric spice
- 1 tbsp. curry spice
- 5 tbsp. smoked paprika or BBQ spices
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- Ranch sauce
- 2 cups plain yogurt without sugar
- 2 green onions
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3 tbs English sauce
- 1 tbs Tabasco
- 1 tea lemon
- 1 slices bacon in small pieces very cooked
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients of the dry marinade in a pestle or a coffee grinder / spice
- Coat the pestle with the dry marinade. Chill the pestles
- Preheat the oven to 400F
- Cook the drumsticks for 25-35 minutes turning them halfway through cooking
- Remove from oven and add hot sauce. Serve with cold ranch sauce
- Ranch sauce
- Cook the bacon in the microwave 6 minutes
- Cut green onions and mix sauce ingredients
- Put the bacon on a paper towel and add to the sauce
