Ingredients
  

  • whole broccoli
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 C. refined avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 80 g feta cut into small cubes or crumbled
  • 2 tbsp. raisins
  • 4 potatoes potatoes small or small
  • Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 ° F.
  • Slice the very thin potatoes, put them in a bowl with olive oil and salt
