  • 150 ml sunflower seeds
  • 50 ml pumpkin seeds

  • 50 ml sesame seeds
  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 50 ml dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1 tbs chocolate chips dark
  • 1/4 tbs salt
  • 150 ml maple syrup
