Healthy oatmeal cookies
Those cookies are so good you can’t believe is healthy. Great source of protein and fiber. Excellent for the whole family

Oatmeal and Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients
- 300 ml oatmeal
- 50 ml flour gluten free
- 150 ml sunflower seeds
- 50 ml pumpkin seeds
- 50 ml sliced almonds
- 50 ml sesame seeds
- 3 tbs chia seeds
- 50 ml dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 tbs chocolate chips dark
- 1/4 tbs salt
- 150 ml maple syrup
- 75 ml Tahini or almond butter
- 1/2 tbs vanilla
- 1 egg * or flax egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 ° F and cover a dish with parchment paper.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dry ingredients in the wet and mix until everything is well mixed
- Use a biscuit spoon to place cookies of equal size on the baking sheet. Press with your hands (these cookies will not spread)
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
