Ingredients
  • 400 g haloumi
  • 1 tbs olive oil avocado oil

Tomato salad

  • 40 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tbs pistachio oil or walnut
  • 1 salt

Instructions

  • Cut the haloumi in thick slices
  • Put a little oil in a pan and fry the slices about 2 minutes on each side
  • Cut tomatoes, onions and fresh parsley
  • To assemble the salad and to serve with hot haloumi, cooled the haloumi becomes very hard
