GREAT FOLIC ACID AND B9 SOURCE
This asparagus recipe serves well as an accompaniment or for lunch. Great recipe for weight loss thanks to its amount of fiber and its low glycemic charge.
It was served with tahini vinaigrette and fresh mint.
This is different from the traditional green salad and how much better! The benefits of asparagus are especially in the gut to facilitate transit and thus strengthen the immune system.
Ingredients
- 15 ml lemon
- 15 ml dijon mustard
- 30 ml tahini
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 125 ml of sunflower oil
- 2.5 ml salt
- For the salad:
- 450 g of asparagus
- 1 small red onion
- 125 ml mint
Instructions
- In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, mix the ingredients in the dressing and set aside.Peel the asparagus and slice them into 1-inch pieces.Blanch the asparagus: boil a medium saucepan of water; add the asparagus and cook for 1 minute until it is bright green.Drain the asparagus and go under cold water or under a bowl of ice water. Dry the asparagus and place in an average salad bowl.
