Noatmeal, only grains, seeds and fresh fruits. This breakfast is so good and its a vegetarian, vegan and paleo recipe. Its also for paleo and low carb diet.


Noatmeal with roasted pecans and raspberries
Ingredients
- 25 g hemp seeds hulled hemp seeds
- 5 g ground flaxseed
- 15 g collagen protein
- 100 ml almond milk or other vegetable milk of your choice
- 20 g raspberries
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 10 g sliced pecans grilled
Instructions
- Mix together the seeds, bananas and milks.
- Put in the microwave 1 to 2 minutes
- Add pecans, collagen or vegan protein and raspberries
