Ingredients
  

  • .5 pound Filet mignon de Boeuf
  • 2 tbsp. horseradish
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. capers
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Strain capers and cook in olive oil 4-minutes,
  • Do not skip this step it's delicious
  • Put the filet mignon in the freezer it will slice better and cut it very thin and bang it with the bottom of a saucepan (You can also ask your butcher to slice it for you)
  • Remove the horseradish water if it is in a pot and mix it with the mayonnaise
  • Serve carpaccio with horseradish mayo and Parmesan cheese on top. Add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar if served with salad.
