Ingredients
  

  • 1 cauliflower 2 1/2 cups
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 250 ml parmesan 1 cup grated
  • 2 ml chili flakes 1/4 teaspoon red ground to taste
  • option
  • 75 ml mozzarella di buffola
  • 1 jalapinos
  • 15 ml pine nuts
  • 50 ml tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  • 5 ml chopped basil tsp chopped
  • 75 ml grated mozzarella
  • 20 ml arugula

Instructions
 

  • Pour the cauliflower mixture onto the baking sheet and shape to the desired crust. Tap to create a flat surface.
  • Brush with a little olive oil on the dough, then bake for 10-15 minutes or until everything is golden and firm to the touch.

  • Pour tomato sauce, followed by mozzarella
  • Bake at 350F for another 5 minutes until melted.
  • Pizza buffalo mushrooms
  • Cook mushrooms in a little butter over high heat for 10 minutes. book

  • Add pine nuts, arugula, buffalo, jalapinos and olive oil and serve
