Instructions
In a bowl combine all your ingredients except zucchini and chocolate and mix until a homogeneous mixture. The dough should be thick and pourable.
Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes. Just before cooking, stir in the chocolate chips and zucchini
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and add butter
Pour small portions of the dough into the heated mold. Cover immediately and cook for 2-3 minutes or until edges are golden. Go back and repeat.
