Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 3 tbs Maple syrup
  • 1 scoop collagen protein
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened regular almond milk
  • 2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 c. At sea salt tea
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 3/4 cup chocolat chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • Using a small amount of coconut oil and paper towel, lightly grease a 9 "x 5" loaf pan to prevent bread from sticking.
  • Peel and place the bananas in a bowl and use a fork to crush them to a thick consistency. Add maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract and almond milk. Stir to combine. Make sure the protein powder is dissolved.
  • In larger bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients until well blended.
  • Add the wet banana mixture to the dry ingredients while mixing. Once well mixed, incorporate the blueberries.
  • Transfer the mixture to the bread pan and bake for 50 minutes. Check that the bread is well cooked using a toothpick or a knife in the center. A more gelatinous texture is normal; However, you do not want a flowing texture.
  • Let the banana bread cool before serving. Slice and enjoy!
