Strawberry and yogurt smoothie
Ingredients
- 125 g frozen raspberries
- 125 ml yogurt without sugar
- 15 ml vanilla protein
- 5 ml pecans
- 5 ml coconut flakes
- 5 ml cocoa nibs

- Put raspberries, yogurt and protein in a high speed blender and then add pecans, coconut and cocoa chips
