Ingredients
  

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 30 ml fresh ginger
  • 4 green shallots
  • 30 ml dried chili or samba oelek
  • 60 ml coconut sugar
  • 60 ml Braggs sauce
  • 10 ml rice vinegar
  • 50 ml cornstarch
  • 300 ml chicken broth
  • 20 ml sesame oil
  • 45 ml oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Cut cauliflowers into small florets and reserve
  • Place the cauliflowers on a sheet and add olive oil and salt.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes until you get a nice color
  • Sauté ginger, half of the shallots and chilli in a small cauldron.
  • Then add sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth, rice vinegar, cornstarch and bring to a boil.
  • Then remove from heat and add sesame oil
  • Add the cauliflower sauce and add the remaining sesame seeds and shallots
