Ingredients
- 1 big broccoli
- 1 minced bulb fennel
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 150 ml Red bean drained rinsed
- 2 orange cut in supreme
- 100 ml white balsamic vinegar or red wine
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil with orange or regular
- 1/2 orange zest
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into small pieces
- Cut the onions into thin slices
- Make orange supremes
- Mix in a bowl, broccoli, onions, orange supreme, oil, vinegar, salt and beans. serve
