Bbq chipotle chicken
Ingredients
- 30 ml tomato paste
- 15 ml cider vinegar
- 65 ml maple syrup
- 5 ml chili powder
- 30 ml chipotle
- 8 chicken thighs
- 15 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Oven at 400 F
- Sauce : In medium bowl, whisk maple syrup, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, chipotle
- Sprinkle salt and olive oil over all the chicken and cook for about 40 minutes
- Brush the chicken with the sauce and cook again for 10 minutes, to caramelize
- Serve with cucumber salad and roasted cauliflower
